Registration
ICITS 2026
If a paper has multiple authors, the paper must be registered and the information of other participants must be added. Each author attending the conference must pay the registration fee. Once registration is complete, the bank receipt must be sent to info@icits2026.com. The subject line of the email must read “ICITS 2026 Conference Fee”. A payment notification must also be submitted via the author system.
Presentation Limit
One registration covers up to 2 papers. Additional papers require an extra fee.

Notes
- The author can present a maximum of 2 papers with the registration.
- An additional fee of 1,000 TL must be paid for each article after the second article.
- Even if the registration fee is paid, the author must present the paper to receive the Certificate of Attendance.
- For multi-author papers, if co-authors would like to attend the conference face-to-face, they must register as listeners to benefit from on-site conference services. Co-authors of multi-author papers may attend online sessions free of charge.
- If a faculty member presenting with their student will also attend the conference, the listener fee must be paid.
- To benefit from discounted student/teacher fees, participants must send their staff or student ID cards to the conference email address info@icits2026.com
