Keynote Speakers

Prof. Dr. Hatice Ferhan Odabasi is one of the leading scholars in educational technology in Turkey. She completed her B.A. in English Linguistics at Hacettepe University (1980), M.A. in English Language Education at Anadolu University (1989), and Ph.D. in Educational Technology Education at Anadolu University (1994). At Anadolu University, she served in the Computer Education and Instructional Technology department and held leadership roles including Director of the Foreign Languages Center, Director of the Graduate School of Educational Sciences, and Dean of the Faculty of Education. As of 2025, she retired from Anadolu University and continues her work as an expert researcher. Her current focus areas include technology and social transformation, children and families in digitalization, and digital ethics.

Dr. Dina Vyortkina serves as Assistant Dean for Innovation and Instructional Technology Enhancement at the Anne Spencer Daves College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences, Florida State University. Her expertise includes educational technologies, innovation in higher education, online and blended learning, active learning spaces, professional development for teachers and educational leaders, and AI in education. Before her current role, she served as Director of the Office of Information and Instructional Technologies at FSU's College of Education for nearly two decades. She has taught in Kazakhstan and the UK, and she has also contributed to international grant projects in Uzbekistan and Egypt.
